THIS is my diet regimen for the next 7 days starting today.

Day One All fruits except bananas. My first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested to consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs on first day are very good.

Day Two All vegetables. I am encouraged to eat until i am stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of my choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, i will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. I may top the potato with one pat of butter.

Day Three A mixture of fruits and vegetables of my choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.

Day Four Bananas and milk. Today i will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in unlimited quantities.

Day Five Today is feast day. I will eat beef* and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef. Hamburger is OK. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five i must increase my water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse my system of the uric acid i will be producing.

Day Six Beef and vegetables. Today i may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables.

Day Seven Today my food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables i care to consume.

*I personally suggest that you prefer lean meat like chicken or fish to beef which is suggested in the original diet.

G.M.'S Wonder Soup

The following soup is intended as a supplement to your diet. It can be eaten any time of the day in virtually unlimited quantities. You are encouraged to consume large quantities of this soup.

28 oz, Water, 6 Large Onions, 2 Green Peppers, Whole Tomatoes (fresh or canned), 1 Head Cabbage, 1 Bunch Celery, 4 Envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Herbs and Flavouring as desired.

YES! I have decided to shed a few pounds. i have planned to go on a diet+exercise routine. I am 1.83m and weigh 175 lbs. Though i am not overweight or something like that, i just fell that losing a few lbs will do me a world of good. I will become more agile and improve my attitude and emotions because of the diet i am following cleanses my system and helps me achieve my goal. The diet i am gonna follow from today is called the General Motors: Weight loss Diet program. i will also combine cardio exercises like jogging and a few workout drills along with this. My target weight is 160 lbs by the end of 7 days. It might sound unrealistic but with a little effort it's possible.

For those of u wondering how this pic could bring such immense pleasure to me, i'll say something. This sight was one and for that matter millions of other MADRIDISTAS around the world were dying to see.

It's the GUARD of HONOR that we got from our bitter rivals F.C Barcelona for winning the league. It was a night to remember for "LOS BLANCOS" and one to forget for the "BLAUGRANES". Adding insult to injury was when we thrashed them 4-1. I had my semester exam the next day and i chose to watch the match. I have no regrets in doing so and my joy knew no bounds after seeing the scintillating performance by REAL. WE ROCK..

Today i was on my way to the ground along with my friend to play football. I zipped through the road when this cute thing caught my attention. I stopped my bike and went to have a closer look. And voila. there he was. The cutest bull i ve ever seen. It is a full grown bull. Looked very cute. I reckon the poor fellow is suffering from dwarfism. Anyways he was toooooooo cute.

MY friend's creation- ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE

Ma friend's pet

hey this is ma friend shimar's so called pet. his name is subramani. ma friend named it for some strange reason. as a matter of fact this kitty gets more attention than him(that s y he doesn't like it..). he eats only cooked meat. chicken 65 is one of his delicacy.. ROYAL PET of a ROYAL GUY..

With his silky skills and spectacular speed, cristiano becomes the hot topic for debating in world football today- Is he the world's best or at least the current best player?

Recently this guy is being compared with George Best, because he broke best's record for man united of scoring 32 goals in a single season during the recently concluded Barclays premier league.

THERE IS NO DOUBTING Ronaldo's skills. He may be the world's most skilled football player but that doesn't make him the best. His antics on the pitch are sickening. What he does is called"SHOWBOATING". He acts funny on the pitch as if he s from the heavens and stops playing if someone tries to tackle him. Instead of concentrating on playing he does so on diving and complaining.

ASK ANY UNITED fan what ronaldo's most telling contribution in a red shirt has been, and he will probably go back to united's trip to fulham last february. Ronaldo's goal was significant in the context of the title race, but fulham are not MADRID. Ronaldo's performances against better teams have been average. Take last season's Champion's league semifinal against MILAN. ALEX FERGUSON GRUDGINGLY ADMITTED AFTER THE GAME THAT WAS ONE OF ronaldo's POOREST PERFORMANCES IN A UNITED SHIRT. Ronaldo might be one of the most skilled players the PREMIER LEAGUE has ever seen, but until he fulfils his potential and transforms his skill that are woven into legend, he can never be better than BEST.
