PLANNING TO KNOCK OFF A FEW POUNDS

YES! I have decided to shed a few pounds. i have planned to go on a diet+exercise routine. I am 1.83m and weigh 175 lbs. Though i am not overweight or something like that, i just fell that losing a few lbs will do me a world of good. I will become more agile and improve my attitude and emotions because of the diet i am following cleanses my system and helps me achieve my goal. The diet i am gonna follow from today is called the General Motors: Weight loss Diet program. i will also combine cardio exercises like jogging and a few workout drills along with this. My target weight is 160 lbs by the end of 7 days. It might sound unrealistic but with a little effort it's possible.
