Penalty at whose cost?

West Ham united have been fined 30 million pounds for their tapping of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano from Sheffield United breaking transfer regulation. This unethical act saw them pay 5.5 million pounds at the time but they were not docked any points which only meant Sheffield were going to be relegated. Also Tevez was instrumental in helping West Ham stay in the top flight. All this meant Sheffield were to be pitied. Though they have appealed due to the money constraints they faced due to relegation and were also successful in it, nothing can change the fact that they are still relegated. It is justice 2 years too late.
