Complete protein is good!

All of us who are into exercises of any form don't realize the importance of complete protein (one that contains all amino acids). Even the trainers don't emphasize on the need for and instead argue that only serious body builders need to worry about protein.
Modern scientific evidence says that foods rich in complete amino acids contain an enzyme tyrosine, which boosts two brain chemicals that elevate mood. Complete protein is needed for muscle, hair and nail health. protein improves concentration besides repairing the damage caused to muscle tissue.
Complete protein is found in egg whites, skimmed milk, chicken breast(grilled), tuna and supplements such as whey protein powder. So make sure that these foods become a regular part of your diet as per required and enjoy the benefits of complete protein.
